Environment Day allows participants to view Allegany County through the lens of our environment and the heritage of the lands in which we live and work. The day includes discussions of our history with coal, and our future with new and developing energy sources and technologies. An added bonus is a nature and trail walk – an hour to quietly take in the peaceful atmosphere offered at Evergreen Heritage Center Foundation.
