Orientation kicks off the Leadership Allegany experience as an essential component of the program through forming relationships, engagement, and success. This mandatory, two-day session sets the stage with participation in team-building, self leadership discovery, and program goals and expectations for the class.

It is through Orientation that our classes form a rapid bond, setting the tone for the program, while creating a positive and inclusive environment for participants to learn, collaborate, and understand what is expected of them to glean the most from the program and experiences.
